South Korea’s Policy Towards China: Is China a Threat or a Friend?

The Institute of Geoeconomics (IOG) held the Asia Pacific Geoeconomics Council Meeting on June 4th, 2024.
Following the last meeting held in March last year, we invited Asian practitioners in international political economy and economic security from Singapore, Australia, South Korea, India, and Taiwan to join us for a closed study group.
How do countries in the Asia-Pacific region consider their economic security strategies and challenges? How can countries, including Japan, work together or autonomously to promote economic security? In this video, you can learn views of the participants, who have been working at the forefront of policy discussions of Asia-Pacific countries.
