Member of the Working Group of the Digital Market Competition Council of the Cabinet Office, Member of the Working Group of the Green Innovation Project Subcommittee of the Industrial Structure Council, and other positions. He participated in the drafting of the Ethics Guidelines (2017) in the Ethics Committee of the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence. At the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives), he served as Vice Chair of the Innovation Strategy Committee (2022).
